A deposit of 250.00 is required to reserve your space. Balance is due in full by May 1, 2026
Deposit cancellation fees:
$50.00 if cancelled after January 1, 2026 but prior to March 1, 2026
$100.00 if cancelled after March 1 2026 but
prior to May 1, 2026
Deposits are non refundable if cancelled
after May 1, 2026
2026 Monthly, weekly or daily campers
Deposit requirements
For reservations up to 1 week in length, the deposit is one nights stay at the daily rate.
For reservations more than one week but LESS than one month, the deposit is 2 nights stay at the daily rate.
For monthly reservations the deposit is $100.00.
All balances are due in full the day of arrival.
